What hardware do I need?
Any Android device with a web browser works - smart TV, tablet, or dedicated display. We recommend screens 32 inches or larger for best readability. No special hardware, no installation, no IT department needed.
Where does the flight data come from and how accurate is it?
Our data comes from professional aviation data providers and updates every 5 minutes. We show real-time status, delays, and gate changes - the same data airports use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. No minimum term, no cancellation fees. Cancel with one click in the portal - your access continues until the end of your paid period. Fair terms, as it should be.
What happens if the internet goes down?
LobbyFlight has a built-in offline mode. During connection issues, the last loaded flight data is displayed until the connection is restored. Your guests always see a working display.
Can I use multiple displays or airports?
Yes! Basic includes 1 display, Pro 3 displays, Premium unlimited. Additional airports can be added from Pro plan for €99/month each. Running a hotel chain? Pro adds up to 5 more hotels, Premium as many as you need, at €49/month per additional hotel — and all your hotels share the same airports. → Compare plans.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price shown is the price - no setup fee, no hidden charges, no surprises. You pay the monthly price for your chosen plan, plus only the extras you add yourself: further airports (€99/month each) and, for hotel groups, additional hotels (€49/month each). Flight Concierge includes a monthly trip allowance; if a busy month goes beyond it, the extra trips are billed at the rate on our pricing page — or covered by a Trip Pack you buy in advance.
What kind of support do you offer?
